Stainless steel wire is the raw material for screws, springs, metallic net, cable wire and hardware. It is widely used in filter, building and important for electronic parts, oil and fiber industry, kitchenware and hardware.

Stainless steel wire is excellent for harsh environments where it can be used without additional coatings in ovens, industrial cleaning baths, and other industrial processes. It can endure chemicals, saltwater, and other sources of corrosion over extended periods of time.

The tensile strength of the starting material is 350 MPa, and that of the nanostructure steel wire is 900 MPa. Although total elongation decreases from 37 to 10%, the reduction in area decreases slightly from 89 to 77%.
